The High Neck SleepTop is made of a custom milled 90% cotton 10% spandex, providing a unique comfort with a gentle yet supportive stretch.  Normal wear and washing actually increase comfort.  Compared with the Low Neck, the High Neck Sleeptop provides more coverage with wider shoulder straps, higher neckline and little to no keyhole.
